FAQ

🏎️ General Questions

  • What types of parts do you print?
We produce non-structural replacement and custom parts such as brackets, housings, trim pieces, mounts, covers, and specialty accessories for automobiles, marine vessels, ATVs/side-by-sides, RVs, and motorcycles.
  • What materials do you use?
We print with high-performance polymers including PETG, PCTG, ABS, PA6, PA12 and nylon composites. Each material is selected for its strength, heat resistance, and durability in the intended environment.
  • Are your parts OEM certified?
Our parts are aftermarket solutions. They are engineered for OEM fitment and performance but are not OEM-certified unless specifically noted.

⚙️ Ordering & Customization

  • Can I request a custom design?
Yes. We accept CAD files, 3D scans, or physical samples. Our design team will refine your part to ensure printability and durability.
  • How much does it cost for a custom design?
Pricing depends on the complexity of your idea and the time required to create it. Simple modifications may be more affordable, while intricate or large-scale projects will require additional design and production time. We’ll provide a quote once we review your specifications.
  • Do you offer color options?
Yes. We stock a wide range of filament colors and can apply coatings or finishes to achieve a factory-style look.
  • How do I place an order?
Standard parts can be ordered directly through our website. For custom projects, submit your design files or specifications via our online form.

🛠️ Performance & Durability

  • Are 3D-printed parts strong enough for vehicles?
Yes. While not intended for critical load-bearing components like suspension arms or engine blocks, our parts are designed to perform reliably in non-structural applications such as housings, covers, and trims.
  • Can your parts withstand outdoor conditions?
Absolutely. Marine and RV parts are printed with UV- and moisture-resistant materials to handle sun exposure, saltwater, and varying climates.
  • Do you test your parts?
Yes. Each design undergoes fitment checks and stress testing before production to ensure reliability.

🚚 Shipping & Warranty

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard parts ship within 5–7 business days. Custom projects typically take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All parts include a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
  • Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the U.S. and Canada, with international shipping available upon request.

🔧 Installation & Support

  • Do your parts come with installation instructions?
Yes. Each part includes a digital or printed installation guide. Complex assemblies may also include video tutorials.
  • Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused parts. Custom orders are non-refundable but may be eligible for adjustments.
  • Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Our support team is available via email and phone to assist with installation, troubleshooting, and design questions.

🌍 Sustainability

  • Is 3D printing environmentally friendly?
Compared to traditional manufacturing, 3D printing reduces waste by using only the material required. We recycle failed prints and offer eco-friendly filament options.
